Welcome to a colourful vernissage weekend filled with creative artworks by Älmhult’s youngest pupils.
During the spring term, all pre-school and Year 1 pupils have taken part in a Creative School project called “Colour and design, how does it feel?”, a collaboration between Älmhult Municipality and IKEA Museum, with funding from the Swedish Arts Council. The state-funded Creative School grant aims to develop an understanding of culture’s various forms of expression, and increase opportunities for schoolchildren to develop their own creative abilities. The vernissage will show the pupils’ works, created during the spring term.
