A weekend packed with seasonal festivity, creative activities, fun and learning for playful visitors of all ages.

VERKSTAN

Children and adults can do seasonal crafting and make wonderful Advent and Christmas decorations in our creative workshop, VERKSTAN. Cut and paste to your heart’s content from 11:00 to 14:00. Free soft drink and gingerbread thins to keep you full of joy and energy.

Don’t miss the Christmas-inspired sweet buffet for the whole family at KÖKET restaurant. 59 SEK each all Family Weekend. Something for everyone who loves cakes, biscuits and other goodies. Served 11:00–17:00.

Äfterwork
Relax with colleagues and meet new acquaintances at Äfterwork in KÖKET restaurant at IKEA Museum. Enjoy the Äfterwork buffet if you’re hungry, price 139 SEK. Snacks, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks are available to order. Make Äfterwork a good habit! You can already now tick off the last Thursday of each month in the calendar. See you on 30 March and 27 April.

Join one of our knowledgeable guides on an inspiring tour of the exhibitions Our roots and Democratic Design. The tour lasts 45 minutes. No pre-registration is required but places are limited. Please note that these tours are not intended for group visits.
