Welcome to SMAKFULL at KÖKET restaurant 15 September. A dinner party with set tables, lit candles and a tasty dinner flavoured with the season’s primeurs. Guests are welcome to join and socialise from 18:00. The dinner starts with an appetiser at 19:00 and continues with a main course and dessert. The price is 399 SEK per person excluding drinks.

Vegetarian menu

Starter: Cream-glazed forest mushrooms on farmhouse toast with parmesan, herbs and smoky facon
Main course: Pan-fried portabello, vegetables, parmesan risotto, micro herbs, leaves and champagne gravy
Dessert: Sweet bun with nuts, orange syrup and vanilla ice cream

Menu of the house

Starter: Cream-glazed forest mushrooms on farmhouse toast with parmesan, herbs and smoky bacon
Main course: Pan-fried pike-perch with micro herbs, leaves, black salsify, mussel, parmesan risotto and champagne gravy
Dessert: Sweet bun with nuts, orange syrup and vanilla ice cream
