    Welcome to an open guided tour! Join our inspiring guide for a journey through The Story of IKEA. For the benefit of our visitors, we are limiting the number of people in our guided tours to a maximum of 10. If a tour fills up, other groups are available. Please register your interest in reception. We look forward to seeing you!

    The tour takes one hour and is included in admission.

    Culture Walk – in Ingvar’s footsteps
    Tuesdays 11:30. In Swedish.

    Join us for some fresh air, exercise and history! An IKEA Museum guide will lead the walk, and also talk about IKEA and Ingvar Kamprad.

    Meet at 11:30 in the entrance of IKEA Museum. The walk will take about 40 minutes and is free of charge. Max. 15 people, advance registration at IKEA Museum.

    Our Creative Workshop is temporarily closed, normal hours Saturday and Sunday 10:00–18:00.

    Let your imagination and creativity run riot in our creative workshop. Everyone is welcome, whatever your age.

    Pecha Kucha night

    Pecha Kucha is a Japanese short-presentation format involving 20 slides shown for 20 seconds each. In association with Svensk Form Småland, IKEA Museum is offering an inspiring Pecha Kucha night! The speaker list will be announced at a later date.

    Free admission. The price for the Japanese-themed buffet (advance booking only) is 299 SEK. The buffet opens at 18:00, the first Pecha Kucha starts at 19:20. Pecha Kucha night is part of the Sustain Able Voices exhibition.

    Yoga classes

    Relax with Yin Yoga, a calm yoga for everyone from active athletes to older practitioners who need help loosening up their body. The course is led by Susanne Strömberg, a qualified multi-style teacher from Axelsons Institute.

    Lilla Liten on tour

    Get ready for a musical adventure, when Lilla Liten come to IKEA Museum with their music bag. An engaging interactive show featuring song, movement and play for children aged 0–6 and their grown-ups.

    Sing-Along Mamma Mia!

    Sing along to the movie! Come and sing those well-known ABBA songs with your friends. Snacks and bubbles will be available, before artist and singer Kristoffer Jonzon leads us in song.

    Dance teacher Tess Allain hosts a two-day course in jazz dance and show dance for anyone who wants to learn how to dance with style, tempo and expression. From age 16.

    Äfterwork in KÖKET restaurant also features a fun music quiz. Put a team together and join the competition! There’s something for everyone with questions on music old and new.
