Christmas is here at last

Welcome to unleash your crafting spirit and let your creativity flow during the Christmas break, with us at IKEA Museum. We invite you to a magical and inspiring couple of days filled with design, colour and creation – whatever your age or experience.

Creative workshop

During the Christmas holidays, the creative workshop is open to anyone who loves to create with their hands. Let your imagination run wild, and discover how much fun it can be to design something unique and personal.

We are collecting Christmas gifts
11 November–11 December 2024
Together with Community involvement Älmhult*, IKEA Museum is collecting Christmas presents to help more children have a happy Christmas. Please join in! Between 11 November and 11 December we’re collecting presents for children aged 0–12. Please wrap your gift, label it with what’s inside, and place it in one of the collection boxes labelled with age ranges inside the museum entrance. It will then be given to a suitable child.

Inspirational tour
Every Saturday and Sunday
An introduction that helps you get the most out of your visit to IKEA Museum. One of our guides will give you a 45-minute tour of the museum and everything that’s on right now. After that, you can wander around and discover the exhibitions, interactive experiences and museum shop on your own. No pre-registration is required but places are limited. Please note that these tours are not intended for group visits.
