Join us for two days of entrepreneurship inspiration, mingling and conversations. It is free entrance to the IKEA Museum throughout the event and you have the opportunity to explore all exhibitions and program activities.
The program of the evening:
16:30-17:00 Panel conversation in the museum
Who builds the future? How will today’s choices of raw materials for both design and food impact how we will live in the future? What does entrepreneurship have to do with it?
Listen in to the moderated panel conversation with Chef Jessie Sommarström, Kajsa Olsson, Head of Marketing and Communication, from Nordic SeaFarm and Robert Carleke, Innovation Venture Manager, from IKEA of Sweden.
17:00-17:45 Curator introduce the exhibition
Meet the curator Rossana Oliveira who invites you to explore the exhibition, floor 3, together with her and the participants presented in it.
17:30-20:00 Jessie Sommarström and IKEA Museum restaurant launch a new dish
At 17:30 we start the mingle and everybody can enjoy a glass of bubbles and appetisers in the restaurant.
At 18:00 the new dish will be presented and we will serve tastings to all our guests to enjoy. There will be possibility to purchase beverages in the restaurant during the evening.
18:45-19:15 Book signing by Jessie Sommarström
Jessie’s book “Fågel, Fisk eller Baljväxtlasagne” is for sale in our museum shop for 179 SEK, only available in Swedish. This evening you can have the opportunity to have your copy signed at this time of the event.
